Reservation Policy

All payments are taken in New Zealand currency

You will be required to show a valid photo I.D and a Credit card equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. These will be required to make a booking, (the card will not be charged until arrival,)

All times shown are local Hotel times.

The following cancellation policy applies:

Due to Covid 19 and potential changes enforced by the Government Lockdown Levels

You may be eligible for a credit voucher on your accommodation booking valid for one year from the date of your original stay date.

Cancel by 2pm local hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1-night charge.

Guests will need to provide a valid credit card on arrival to the hotel or provide a cash deposit for each night's accommodation. The Hotel Reception requires a pre-authorisation process on this card per Hotel procedures policy. This pre-authorisation will be held by the hotel until such time as settlement by the same card occurs and/or per the card holders’ financial institution policy.

Hotel check in time is from 2.00pm.

Hotel check out time is prior to 10.00am.

Parking on site is free of charge.

All Rooms are charged on a per night basis.

Additional persons may be accommodated, where occupancy allows, at a per night charge of $35.00 per adult.
Child Policy: Infant 0 - 2 years inclusive, Child 3 - 13 years inclusive, Adult 14 years and above. Maximum of 2 children, 12 years and under, stay free of charge with parents/guardians when using existing bedding.

Auckland Rose Park Hotel reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel of the same standard. All bookings are subject to availability. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on this website.

Auckland Rose Park Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on this website. Auckland Rose Park Hotel makes every effort to ensure all information is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults. Auckland Rose Park Hotel reserves the right to amend information on this site at any time.
Guests agree that all information given for the booking are true and correct. Credit card details must match those of the person making the booking.

Bookings may be rejected by Auckland Rose Park Hotel at any time if this information fails to meet our terms and conditions.
